"We tested here back in March plus I have heard so much about what it takes to race here that I can't wait to get on track," enthused the 16-year-old Australian. "It's great to be in Scotland and the circuit is very special, not Brands GP circuit special but something very special in a different way."

Commitment

"The track is a real roller coaster, I did enough laps back in March to know where it goes and it is just amazing," explained the Arden driver. "It is hard to describe how the elevation and camber changes effect all the six corners, you need huge commitment to put in a good lap and that is going to be so important in qualifying, we always say that but here more than ever."

"Then passing in the race will be so hard, need so much commitment so you really have to know what you are doing. We have three free sessions on Friday and that will give me time to get my head round this place again."

Comment

"We know we have to up our game, this championship is so intense and we need more points. Anything can happen, that's the beauty of it and there are a lot of points to be won every weekend but we've got to grab more of them," expressed Leeds.

"Of course the weather can effect things, that's OK, I know exactly what will happen as a local explained it to me. There's a hill next to the track and if the sheep are on the top of the hill it's going to rain, if they are on the bottom it is going to rain and if you can't see them then it's already raining," he concluded with his classic grin.
